Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays Please allow up to 3-5 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 7 working days of it reaching our warehouse. It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email ... so we can investigate this for you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging.  To find out how to return, please follow the steps in the ‘How do I return my items?’ section.

Items purchased between December 1st - 24th of December 2023 are eligible to be returned until the 14th of January 2024. 

Items purchased in our Black Friday Sale are not eligible for the extended Christmas returns policy. 

 IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN'T RETURN?
